I contacted Andrea last Monday for some repairs to our heating that needed fixing, she was very quick to respond and had set up appointment for Sam to come and look on the Thursday, Sam turned up on Thursday morning and advised that he was able to get the part that morning and fix, he was as good as his word and works all carried out.
